Cumbre Austral is the fruit of the passion for a winegrowing world by a great team, who in the year 2005 materialized the dream of being able to share their creations with the world. Staying true to their convictions, they wanted to leave a mark in the wine production essence.
The wisdom, perseverance, discipline, simplicity and audacity weave each other to begin the process of noble wine elaboration, all of this in charge of our oenologist Sarina Napoli, wine expert who works hand to hand with each member of the team with the aim of offer the most elaborated products under the best quality standard and the own mark of each one, always standing out by our adventurous spirit and our constant passion for explore and share our motivations. By offer extraordinary products from beginning to end, always by hand with a good wine style and the actual consumer needs.

Mission
Cumbre Austral Wines is a perfect reflection of what we represent; the new generation of wines from Chile. Our manifesto is based on our three fundamental pillars; the first is based on the design as a bold competitive element, not just in the visual aspect but also serving as the identity of the brand and product. The second pillar utilizes quality as its insignia, to which alongside our professionalism. The third pillar is our vanguard spirit.
Chile
Chile relies on its enormous diversity of its natural terrain. Ancient glaciers, extensive salt flats white as snow, the most arid desert on the planet, endless forests, lakes, and active volcanoes all of which make up our rich land. The Chilean terrain is mainly mountainous, with only a fifth of its surface being flat. It is formed by islands on the pacific, the coast and its mountain range, plains and intermediate valleys along with the majestic Andes mountain range.

Colchagua Valley
Dark brown soil of alluvial origin and straightforward arenaceous features with molten subsoil.
Curicó Valley
Deep argillaceous clay texture with colluvial grains produced by the erosion of the hills.
Maule Valley
Deep argillaceous soils and narrow sandy hills with rocky subsoil composed of round rocks in an arenaceous matrix.
Sarina Napoli
Winemaker
Born and educated in Chile, Sarina grew up surrounded by nature, vineyards and the entire process of winemaking. After completing her studies, her desire to explore the world led her to travel and gain experiencie by working in renowned wineries in New Zeland, Australia, France and, lastly, in Chile. Throughout her career, she has also specialized in Viticulture, Wine Education, Marketing and Sales.
